IATE client technology is available for Windows, UNIX, and MacOS. The client software communicates with an IATE gateway via TCP/IP.

IATE client software includes both terminal emulation and printing.

The WinIATE Terminal client provides:

• full airline terminal functionality
• a graphical user interface
• an advanced scripting language

The Printing client provides versatile printing functionality:

• ticket printing
• invoice / itinerary printing
• memo item printing
• printing to laser and inkjet printers
• direct-serial & system-spooled printing modes
• output to disk files (print-to-disk)
